From AI & Patent Law, Bioscience Law & Policy, and Digital Competition Law in Emerging Economies, to AI Law & Policy, Digital Health Regulation, Regulation of the Platform Economy, and Global Data Governance, students can tailor their learning to reflect their passions and career goals.

This initiative connects top graduates from selected universities with paid one-year traineeships at the EUIPO in Alicante and the EPO in Munich or The Hague. As a PES member institution, MIPLC nominates outstanding students for these competitive placements, offering them the chance to gain hands-on experience in two of the most influential IP institutions in the world—often a gateway to exciting careers in international IP law and policy.
